Jason has been involved in the construction industry for more than 26 years. In 2021, he has managed or participated in over $22 million in construction projects. He has a proven track record of successful working relationships with numerous federal, state, and local agencies, Native American Tribes, clients, utilities, and engineers to develop cost-effective approaches to construction activities, often located in environmentally sensitive areas.

His construction experience includes large and small river dewatering, civil site work, structural steel, concrete, slope stabilization, trash rack structures, and equipment procurement. Jason is well versed in preparing comparative cost estimates to evaluate competing alternatives and brings his wealth of knowledge to help RIVHAB build their Design/Build capabilities, constructability, and assist in all construction related aspects of engineering design.
